I will admit it takes him actually going in the ring during a match and wrestling to get over. The crowd was really into the Superstars taped match because it was a really good match (definitely recommend a watch). His promo skills are less then desirable, he just has a different kind of over I think. Cena and Orton can walk out and people go crazy. Bryan has to get into the flow of a match for that to happen.

He is in the early Chris Benoit-esque stage. He has only been involved with WWE for a little over a year, and was gone for most of that time. It will take time and some more character development before a large emotional attachment is made with the fans due to his style and gimmick (or lack thereof).
