I always felt like the WWE missed the boat on re-signing The Headbangers in 2006.

Why 2006? It was the year that the Highlanders debuted on RAW, which seemed to be heading into an Attitude era-like direction, with D-Generation X reuniting, Jeff Hardy returning, and Kane teasing the mask returning. Should've replaced the Highlanders with the Headbangers instead.

Imagine RAW in 2006 with DX, Edge, Headbangers vs. Spirit Squad feud, Hardy vs. Nitro feud, John Cena, and Masked Kane all on one show.
