Apart from the ones already mentioned:

Sandman (it's technically set in the mainstream DC universe, but I wouldn't call Morpheus a superhero)
Preacher
100 Bullets
The Walking Dead
American Splendor

And while they're set in superhero universes, the main characters aren't superheroes themselves, so I'd also include Marvels and Gotham Central.
