You can either pick your two best characters and one character you've not finished Arcade with and then beat Galactus with your best guys and tag in Hagger or whoever for the final hit so it counts as doing Arcade with him.

Or you can make a team up of the 3 you've not finished with and that way you're guaranteed a new ending.
