From what I've read and seen, Ridge Racer is the best one to use 3D but gets a bit repetitive after a while.

Street Fighter IV is the best in terms of controlling and playing just like the console versions. Not much of a 3D effect unless you fight in 3D mode or 1st person.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars might end up as the underrated game of the launch with low sales but a good game. Very similar to the old X-Com series in gameplay style.

Madden and Lego Star Wars appear to be the games to avoid the most with Super Monkey Ball 3D, Asphalt 3D, and Bust-A-Move Universe as the next set of avoidable games.
