Poison. They say they're going to do their best to get fan requested characters in the game and Poison is the only one to be both fan requested and new as far as being a playable character goes.

Also thinking Rolento and R. Mika could actually be in this. I can see Hugo being Murdocks counter part and Mika being Kings. Mika has been asked for a lot in SSFIV and AE and she is Onos favourite, supposedly. Rolento will be in it because people keep asking for him as well.
