I don't think anyone expects the "fusion" surgery to permanently heal his neck (especially if he wrestles). However - the last time Austin had the fusion surgery, he lasted a good year and a half (end of 2000 - early/mid 2002).

I'm thinking that maybe he could do the same? (if that's possible).

As far as fusion surgery goes, would this be an option for Angle?
