Dodgers owner wants to sue MLB for what he calls a "hostile takeover" of his team and to add to the , the guy MLB promoted to help take charge of the Dodgers after 2 days decided to side with the owner.

MLB got upset when it learned McCourt tried to take a $200 million loan from Fox out of the next tv contract and when that failed asked for $30 million to cover team costs.

Also revealed was the owner's family managed to spend $50 million in a few years on just themselves with loaned team money and another $20 million each year in "rent" from the team. Altogether the McCourts hid $145 million from MLB and the IRS due to not paying taxes.
