I agree with most of those except the Falcons. I'm not saying they aren't really bad, but somebody like the Lions or the Cavs (both on your honorable mention list) would fit better in that spot.
It's crazy to call the Pens a bad franchise. Sure they look bad right now, but overall as a franchise there are far worse in the world of hockey. I'd say for example the Columbus Blue Jackets (probably not fair because they are pretty new) or the Florida Panthers.
