Also, although it was blown up for "comedic" effect, that reaction by Christian after losing, along with that build of "not being sure I'm the guy" seems to mean some sort of depth for character... possibly even to get people more behind him for his next win instead of "win it for Edge" sympathy reign.

I am a huge, albeit un-numbered, peep, but I'm not gonna get all fetal and butthurt because his first reign wasn't longer than a piss break. Lets just see where all this goes instead of touting him as the new Rock or condemning him as a perma-curtain jerker merely over what has happened in the last two weeks.
Yeah, I'm sure Ziggler's really depressed that the WWE made him an official World Heavyweight Champion during the lead-in to what they were trying to hype as one of their biggest WrestleManias ever when they really could have had the entire thing reversed by Teddy Long and stripped from the record.

The WWE didn't have to put the World Title on Ziggler. If a guy needs a sign of faith that you will one day get a shot in the company, I don't see how you can get any better than being given a courtesy World Heavyweight Title reign.
