He's not, but I'm not sure if he's under contract to Gabe and Dragon Gate USA/EVOLVE, either. If not, it would definitely be a good move for ROH to pick up Aries. He's the only multi-time World Champion in the company's history, and he's really one of those guys who can do it all. Not only that, but he doesn't get too bogged down by the "indy style." His matches can go for a long time, sure, but he always manages to keep your interest in them.
