ESPN has the rumor of the Cavs looking to trade to get the #2 pick so that they can get both Irving and Williams in this year's draft.

The Cavs are working on a deal with the Timberwolves and Pistons where the Cavs would get #2 pick from Minnesota, #8 pick from Detroit, and Richard Hamilton (contract dump). Minnesota would get the #4 pick and #8 pick from Cleveland while Detroit gets $16+ million extra in cap space from dumping Hamilton.

Hamilton would then most likely sign with Chicago as a free agent.
