I think The San Jose Sharks and Miami Heat have the best "look" and team name going right now

As for worst look, I'm not a fan of The Winnipeg Jets. The Quebec Nordiques was awful, but then it became cool when they became The Avalanche. I always associated a dominating team whenever I saw the Avs jersey

Also notice the similarities here....

Another good solid jersey is...

I wasn't a big fan of this Detroit Pistons jersey. All I can think of is Grant Hill when I look at this....
