Figured I'd start a series of these.

In YOUR opinion, based on whatever criteria you choose - be it "mark", "smark" or "super-smark" (those that look at things from a business standpoint taking into account buyrates, ratings, merch movement, etc) - who was the very best and very worst WWE Champion.

**NOTE: Just WWF/WWE Champion. Do not consider World Champions or any other championship. You may count the Undisputed Championship as WWE Champion if you like.**
