Say Warrior could actually prove all this though?

Say with Hogan's Ex wife confirming all the statements, wouldn't Warrior then be able to counter sue?

Plus, Warrior I reckon is probably one of the richest guys in wrestling still. He could take the hit to get taken to court if needed right?
