It wouldn't make sense to put the WWE Title on R-Truth. Cena is doing his whole "I'm keeping this belt polished for my showdown with The Rock" and Truth is a wacky heel who can't wrestle in Canada. Plus he has a feud with John Morrison in the wings (probably for a SummerSlam blow-off). That being said, advertised matches don't really mean shit.
