The Falcons SO do not belong on that list. They have made it to a Super Bowl and regardless of the parity in the NFL, they should be able to be a contender for years to come.

And how in the hell can anyone consider Atlanta worse than the Lions!? Atlanta has won their division recently, they've made it to a Super Bowl, their future is about a million times brighter than Detroit's...
