Cara was in a different market to be considered a "draw", its unfair to subject him to the same standards as the other gentleman you named.

Barrett is the goods...he's shown that he can be thrust into the main heel position on the roster and be poised enough to carry it. They DID consider putting the belt on him, so...yeah I'd say he's a draw.

I think I understand what you're saying now, if they're not a main eventer, then they aint' shit right? By your logic, CM Punk doesn't really draw money right now either, right? What makes Punks position right now any different than Barrett from a year ago?

Ultimately, ALL of those guys will "be there in a year", I'm willing to bet on it.
