Any hopes of Candian repatriation of the Stanley Cup dies last night. No Canadian NHL franchise will EVER AGAIN hoist Stanley over their heads. We can't do it up here due to inferior quality talent. All the players with passion and heart play in the U.S. We need those players to play on Canadian franchises to have a chance to repatriate Stanley properly. We cannot cause Gary Bettman won't fucking allow it.
You watch...all 7 of our NHL clubs will be whittled down to Zero by 2031. No point of Canada's clubs trying to win a Cup, cause they've been cut off.
And that is harmful to the league, in terms of competitive balance. Period. D-8<
