Finally found a use for Dante's Twister. You'd think a tornado of fire would have more uses. It OTGs and leaves opponents in aerial status, which leaves them open for an unexpected air throw. Near a wall I can just jump for the throw, in the middle of the stage I'll need to instant air-dash to get in range. After the air throw all Dante can do is bullet rain to follow up, but with a good assist it can turn into something hurtful (using Jill's Arrow Kick now. After wallbounce perhaps hyper?)
Twister's style cancel, Tempest, is fucking useless. It tosses the opponent into a soft knockdown. I'll experiement with it more who knows.
