I can't imagine Kidd in a MitB. If anything, 6 of the MitB spots for SD should go to Cody, Sheamus, Henry, Cara, Danielson, and Tatsu. They should then have Ryder "switch brands" as part of a trade or something and he gets added to the match, and then have WWE pull some swerve where they bring Shelton back for a night just to be in the match.
