To my knowledge, the "Attitude Logo" is prohibited now as part of the lawsuit with the World Wildlife Fund. Though apparently, in 2003, the World Wildlife Fund tired to make all references to the WWF, be it old logos, saying "World Wrestling Federation" and so on, prohibited also, but they failed in that.
