For the web designers
I noticed there is a few of you here so I have a question.
A relative of mine has a business and he is looking to have a girl make him a professional website. For a fully animated website she is charging around $600 dollars. I told him that he should probably check out her portfolio or something. Would this be a "normal" price for that type of work? also, any details I should pay close attention to?
