His reigns in WWE lacked any direction, other than appeasing the fans. It's clear WWE never viewed him as a big star, and rightfully so. He's a very boring and overrated entertainer, and a decent in ring worker at best. "Charismatic Enigma" is certainly not a deserving nickname. Unless he's working with a great worker, he can't have watchable matches. In TNA all his reigns seemed pointless and just another way of taunting WWE of stealing another "big star". They certainly lacked any long term vision. To sum it up, his reigns haven't been impressive for a reason. The only reason he was in the ME to begin with is b/c of the insane risk he was taking to get noticed. It's not as if those were 5 star classics b/c of Jeff alone. Most fans may think he's the best thing to come along in wrestling, but I disagree. He's a bland guy personality wise who was able to capitalize on high risk and not necessarily having great matches....
