Gail does seem to be going about all of this the wrong way. Assuming she "quit" WWE they still have the rights to her contract and have the power to prevent her from wrestling for other promotions or sue her for breach of contract. The WWE didn't use her for shit her first go around and she should have known her second go around wouldn't be any different in the era of bleach blonde diva search contestants and failed models.
