Honestly, the Doctor Who previews don't bother me that much because the episodes themselves are usually still entertaining leading up to the spoiled build up and provide lots of little hints to the doctor's backstory or things to come.
I'd personally just prefer not seeing them in the credits for the prior episode. My mom, one of the least observant people ever, caught the Daleks in one of the previews.

While it's not a tragedy of epic proportions, it's an annoyance. Like most of the big endings being asspulls. It's fucking retarded to be all "Surprise! Suspense!" And then be all "oh, by the way, Daleks/Cybermen/River Song dies!"
