The River reveal was a bit underwhelming. We can agree on that I guess. Which is one of the reasons why I'm kind of down on the second half of the season. The first ep back, "Let's Kill Hitler," confuses me greatly. It doesn't seem like it has any tie to the current story arc, so....

On the other hand, we'both in agreement that Rory will "die" several times in the newxt half....
