Use the claymore to block off a way to your flank.
The weapons are both silenced, if you can aim for the shoulders up which deals a bit more damage.

Tomahawk for short to medium range stealth/panic kills (where you hit the button as someone is shooting in hopes you get lucky and kill them before the bullets strike you)

Use the Decoy to get some really stupid players to go where you want them to by tossing it somewhere and then watching that area from prone until someone comes along to see if it is an actual player (yes people are dumb) From there, pop them with the M16, move around somewhere else but nearby and wait for the dumbass to come back and try to continue.

Keep doing this until you get killed.
