Used gaming isn't even a problem, except from the point of view of
MINE! They've pretty much maximised profit and demand more. So now they're trying to milk desperately any other source.

It's pretty similar to GTA. Been so long since I played I'm not sure about hitting a cop car, but you do have some leniency before you get one star. The first star goes down pretty quick, too. Funky might know specifics.
