Tough choice but Eddie Guerrero in the end.
Eddie Guerrero's body size and lucha abilities allowed him to stay agile much longer than Andre. He had better promo ability while Andre was hurt a bit by his thick accent. Eddie also had a better variety of characters but once again Andre worked in the era where wrestlers would have just 1-2 character types if they were successful (ex. Ted Dibiase, Hogan till nWo era).
Andre did have one of the most important moments of wrestling history with Hogan and was a good enough actor that made it possible for wrestlers to be involved in movies like Hogan would in the 1990s.
Andre's biggest downside was most of his career occurred during the territory days or pre-Hogan era so a lot of people missed out on his prime while his decreasing wrestling abilities became a big issue by the time his feud with Hogan began.
