In short- no. It would make it harder to fire people. It's not nice to say that, but as a union member I see so much dead wood that's screwing me out of hours. As long as WWE can fire people at will (like the first Sin Cara) they can make room for new people to earn the spot light (like the second Sin Cara).
Thanks another question that kind of ties into this isn't listing wrestlers as independent contractors a mis classification? I mean they are refer
ed to as employees but no health benefits and they can't work for other companies it all seems a bit shady and unfair.

I Hope what I'm trying to ask isnt too confusing
