Worst: Shawn Michaels (I know I'll get alot of heat for this, but he held it for a month and defended it once against HHH at Armageddon)
I'd put Ziggler but I don't recognize him as a World Champion. HHH was a great World Champion no doubt, but I just thought Batista was on fire in 2005. I know not alot of people like him, but he was very over and the matches he had as World Champion were mostly good.
