A 657 mb/sec connection would take a 986 mb file less than 2 seconds to download. If you mean 657 Mbps that comes out as 82.125 mb/sec which would still take only 12 seconds.

A 986 mb file being downloaded in 90 seconds would mean it took it almost 11 mb/sec which = 87.64 Mbps.
