Jim Crane, the man who bought the Astros, wants to have his team. He bought them back in May. Usually MLB would have given the green light already.

The conspiracy theory flying around is that Selig will O.K. the sale IF the Astros move to the American League.

So I guess this realignment chatter holds some weight after all?
