I don't subscribe to that argument. I like having a system with good power on the go; I don't use my PSP all the time, but when I want that kind of game experience away from home, when I'm on the treadmill, or if I want to play something before I go to bed, it's just what I need. Phone games just don't do it for me; I want games with higher production value. Am I spending a lot of extra money for that convenience? Hell yes I am. But it's a hobby I enjoy, and I'm willing to spend a lot of money to play the games that I want. I've wasted a lot of money buying a 360, PS3, Wii, PSP, DS, two desktops and a gaming laptop, but I use them all regularly(well, maybe not the Wii anymore). It's almost certainly a big waste of money for me, so a Vita sounds right down my alley!
