What C Bright said. That is indeed Hector Garza,one of the better
and (IMO) most underrated lucha-style guys out there. WCW had
him on TV quite a bit,and while "pushed" initially,he was never us-
ed to his full potential.
WWE also dropped the ball by not signing him to a deal,even though
Vince Russo was a BIG fan of Garza and his work. And they say that
Russo is the dumb one
