The credential is that you're eligible, when you're first album has been around for 25 years.

I am disappointed that guys like Rush, KISS, Ted Nugent, Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Europe, and Loudness are continually given the shaft.
