I've liked Cody ever since he moved over to Smackdown, and I noticed he could actually go in the ring. Then he began his whole Dashing thing, which showed he actually had charisma.

Then his whole Disfigured thing leading up to Mania was absolutely fantastic. I also honestly believe that he had the performance of the night (as well as match of the night) at Wrestlemania.

I feel like he has somewhat lost some steam though. I think the whole paper bag thing really would have been a gimmick to do when he was still Dashing. Feels kinda outta place.

Though he has been playing up less and less the fact that he is supposedly disfigured. He has removed his mask several times now, and isn't obsessed with hiding his face anymore.

I think the IC Title redesign is a good way to pick up his steam again. I think, though, that it is time for him to move past the mask and paper bags.
