Looks like the CJ Wilson and his agent are looking for $100 million contract as the starting point to any offers and could even move the starting point higher depending on what C.C. does this offseason.

If CC stays, then Wilson becomes the de facto #1 pitcher in free agency while having less room to increase his demand offers, but if CC leaves then Wilson can increase his demands based on what CC gets for offers.
