What if they allowed it to be cashed in at any point in the future. Then the same person won it two years in a row.

They end up winning the WHC and have a Money in The Bank Shot.

So somewheres down the line, the guy loses his title in a brutal epic match at Mania and after staggering to his feet and the victor heading up the ramp he yells.

the camera pans in on the winners face as he realizes, he turns and looks at the loser in the ring with the MITB case.

Round 2, where the guy who lost it wins it back.
