Carpenter was great outside of the first inning. Rangers didn't have a real chance once St. Louis tied and regained the momentum.
Texas was too quick on changing the pitcher last 2 games and it especially hurt today once both Harrison and Wilson was out to ensure a better batter hit in the 9 spot.
Should be interesting what happens to St. Louis now because there is no real incentive for La Russa and Pujols to return.
