Probably since 1990-1991 or when the Bushwhackers wrestled in the WWF.

Can't remember exactly but most likely related to Hogan or Hulk-a-mania.

Hogan for singles, The Bushwackers for tag team.

Tie between 3 moments of Hogan vs Rock at Mania 18, Stone Cold's feud with the Rock for the IC title, and the arrival of Scott Hall in WCW.
8). Have you ever stopped watching? If so, what made you stop? What made you start back up?
Haven't stopped completely but did have periods where shows were missed such as WCW near the end of the company besides the first hour.
Did miss a bunch of Raw, Smackdown, and WWE's version of ECW either due to the channel not being available during college or usually forgot about Smackdown but read the spoilers.

Depends on the moments but probably a 6 overall.

For TNA, fire the bookers and get rid of both Hogan and Bischoff.
