I give him an 8. Always liked Matt Hardy, great worker in the ring and great on the mic (especially when he was Matt Hardy V.1). Had some pretty great feuds and matches over the years as a single star and as a tag team wrestler.

I feel his recent plunge into insanity may have tainted some of our opinions of him, but overall, when he's not crashing cars or carrying a baby, he's a solid competitor.
