That is how I figured. I know he only did what he was legally obligated to do. Some of you think that all those people that are at his front steps supporting HIM is fucking stupid and should be shot, and you are entitled to your opinion. Because when it comes down to a tradegy like this, every one is sensitive. But just like Jame Steele said perfectly, Paterno is the scapegoat. YES, he could of done more but only thought what he was legally obligated to do at the time. I also refuse to believe he is the face of this system failure.
