I wonder if WWE would've ever pushed him if Cena and Punk hadn't started mentioning him on tv. Also surprised to hear how close he was to being released seeing as how he's apparently BFF with every major player in the locker room.

But whatever man, he worked hard to get himself over and he's succeeding. Gotta love that. And you gotta love the example it sets too.
