I'd attach him to Mr John Laurinitis - Executive Vice-President of Talent Relations and Interim General Manager of Raw - as his "Wellness Enforcer".

His finisher would be called The Violation, of course.

Any time someone has a legit violation they can dispatch Ryan to beat the guy down/write him out.
