Looks like shit to me.

Honestly though, it looks unfinished, and therefore looks really bad.

You have this decent layout (Windows Mobile anyone?) on top of a good looking 3D background, but the layout just looks pasted on, it looks very unrefined/unfinished, like someone just stuck some paper squares on top and was done.
