Kevin Garnett. Possibly the best all-around player in the league. Maybe LeBron will get there in a couple of years, but I don't think he's going to go down as an all-time great like KG.
Jason Kidd. In terms of "pure" point guards, there aren't many better than Kidd. Also, I like options in my offense, and if I had Shaq, I wouldn't. Kidd can create, so he gets my nod. Of course, I would have voted Ben Wallace ahead of Shaq, and I'd vote him ahead of Kidd, too, but that's not an option.
Tim Duncan. Shawn Marion's got a hell of an upside, but Duncan's a proven leader. Besides, you can't argue with the guy who has championship rings (realizes that contradicts previous decision, chooses to ignore it).
Jermaine O'Neal. Kobe might be the best player in the league, but there are too many question marks. I'd take Jermaine just so I don't have to wonder whether my guy's going to make it back from his court date in time for tip-off.
