I know that I used to get shirts at a T-Shirt maker on a boardwalk around here. A lot of places did it. They'd press it there with the patterns and a press on whatever blank shirts they sold. Some were actual official designs and some were the kind you'd get at K Mart or whatever. I have a Rock sweatshirt somewhere around here and a few others that I got from places like that.

I always thought they had some kind of official deal with WWE (WWF at the time I got them) but I don't know now...
