Morris and Bagwell will both make it next year considering the big names for the 2013 class includes either known roid users (Bonds, Clemens, Sosa) or a lot of recent doubt involving roids (Piazza, Schilling).

McGwire and Palmerio probably are going to lose more votes next year while the rest of the 2013 nominees or the ballot itself is a bit weak to win next year.

Although if neither make it next season, 2015 would be the next time possible considering the 2014 class has Maddux, Glavine, and potentially Mussina as the heavy favorites to get in.
